Nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient if you have to fly out in the morning and don’t want the hassle of returning your car or getting a shuttle. Room is quiet, had a good night’s rest. Restaurant was OK, but certainly not the greatest. Needs a cleaning and the steaks we had we as tough as they come. It wasn’t overcooked, just a poor cut of meat.

We had a mixed bag. Check-in was early and wonderful. But we were never offered the VIP dining credit. This cost us about $30. Dinner was poor. Very poor wine service (never experienced this before in thousands of meals). The appetizer came without the main ingredient! And the fish dish was terrible (my steak tartare was good). Too few very nice staff trying to do too much. Unfortunately the restaurant has a captive audience.

Best location - right inside the airport. However, getting to the hotel by car is VERY difficult. Even when you finally find it, there is no indication that you should make an immediate right turn up an almost invisible ramp that quickly veers left and reveals the main entrance. Once inside, it’s very nice. Good staff, good dining room, and comfy bed. Great for early morning flights. Not so great for night arrivals. Friends stayed there after a nighttime arrival around 10PM and couldn’t get anything at all to eat. They liked their room.

The location was very convenient just a walk through the airport. The staff is excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. Their dining option was very good with excellent service. The facility appeared to be recently refreshed. The area around the was quiet and felt safe. We enjoyed a short morning walk.
