Small wooded condominium, surrounded by greenery, in a quiet dead end, parking, 6 minutes walk from a Metro station, 8 minutes from the center by metro. All shops around. Bike rental Toulouse 50 meters away. Around the apartment everything is well connected. It is the ideal place to visit Toulouse and its surroundings. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, two bedrooms with bed linen provided, a double bed and second bedrooms two single beds, 2 baby beds provided with bedding, a bathroom with towels provided + hairdryer, a laundry room + table iron + iron + washing machine and dryer. An open kitchen, with fridge, induction hob, oven, dishwasher + microwave, coffee maker + toaster + kettle + everything you need for cooking and dining. The living / dining room a comfortable table + sofa with flat screen TV with satellite channels. A balcony + outdoor chairs, electric heater, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector. I entrust you with my cozy nest, I ask you to take care of it, a deposit of 150 euros will be asked on your arrival and returned on departure. On site you will have at your disposal what you need to have breakfast in the morning all along your stay (Brioches, toast, rusks, coffee kelloggs, teas, milks, jams, butters, orange juice) the apartment is non-smoking, I only allow smoking on the balcony and to respect the condominium rules, no noise, respect the neighborhood.
I wish you a good stay in Toulouse, which is a very pretty city, its nickname: the Pink City.

Encore un fois, parfait !!!
Nous venions pour la 3ème fois. Le logement est parfait et bien équipé. Marthe nôtre hôte est pleine d'attention et toujours aussi sympathique. Le logement est dans un environnement de verdure très rare à Toulouse. Enfin la piscine est un atoutsupplémentaire

Muy buen apartamento
Buena zona, muy tranquila por la noche, a 10min caminando de dos paradas de metro de la linea B. Super limpio y organizado el apartamento, totalmente equipado. Un 10 de sitio. Menaje de cocina super completo y los dueños nos han proporcionado desayunos para 7 días para 4 personas! Super recomendable. La piscina es pequeñita, pero suficiente para refrescarse en horas de calor. Además cuenta con aire acondicionado que refresca lla estancia principal y la cocina. Además dispone de sendos ventiladores de pie para el resto de la casa.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons ce logement. Marthe est très sympathique et toujours très attentionnée. L'appartement est très bien équipé, propre et spacieux. Depuis l'année dernière nous avons constaté pas mal d'améliorations (clim, sols refaits...). Le logement est très bien situé dans un coin de verdure, proche du centre. La piscine a été également très appréciée ainsi que la place pour garer la voiture. Enfin nous avons apprécié l'attention de Marthe qui nous a fourni de quoi prendre un bon petit déjeuner durant tout le séjour. Marthe (et son mari, tout aussi charmant), merci pour votre disponibilité et votre bonne humeur ! A bientôt

Appartements loué pour 3 jours de pause dans la ville rose. Propriétaire sympathique et très accueillante. Appartement très bien équipé et tout est fourni. Seul bémol, une légère odeur indéterminée dans l'appartement.

L'appartement est parfait pour 4 personnes. Il est grand et très bien équipé. Merci à nos hôtes pour toutes leurs petites intentions et pour leur gentillesse. La piscine géniale. Le logement est dans un coin de verdure, rare dans une grande ville. Nous le conseillons vivement.
