Despencando a qualidade.
Pousada era muito boa, mas despencou o atendimento e a limpeza. Sem tato para lidar com os clientes, xade que antes era servido no chale, nos informaram errado e passou a ser servido em outro local. Incomodaram para fazer o check-out. E se recusaeam a dar notas fiscais, depois de muito tempo emitiram. Em uma reserva anterior, eswueceram de fazer, ao chegarmos nao tinha acomodação, depois de muito tempo deram um jeito.

Vale a pena conhecer !!!
Lugar incrível. Muito sossegado, bem cuidado, ideal para quem quer privacidade e sossego para descansar. Colaboradores cordiais e solícitos, bom café da manhã. A pousada fica dentro de um condomínio fechado com segurança e estacionamento grátis. Nosso bangalô era bem amplo e limpo. O único ponto negativo era um cheiro muito forte e muito desagradável de esgoto que vinha da pia do quarto.

Razoável. Pois pelo preço que se cobra deveria ser melhor. Café da manhã sem buffet, você escolhe o que quer no cardápio na noite anterior e eles levam pra vc na mesa o que pediu, sendo que a comida chega toda fria e pouca opção no cardápio, se quiser algo a mais na hora eles não fornecem. A piscina muito feia suja e antiga, parece um tanque. A pousada é frente mar, mas não é bom pra banho pois tem muita pedra. Ah e a localização não é São Miguel do gostoso, fica 7km antes de São Miguel.

E importante alugar um carro. Vai gastar o mesmo ou menos do que um transfer. Uber so de ida. Para se locomover la tem de utilizar taxis privados (caros). A internet da pousada é pessima e lá não pega celular. Não se trata de ficar macaqueando em redes sociais, mais coisas como procurar algo para fazer/comer, fazer o checkin do seu voo, baixar um jornal ou uma revista, é uma tarefa de horas (não é linguagem figurada, creia). No mais a equipe é excelente, educada e solicita. A agua quente da hidro do quarto é racionada, e a TV a cabo não funciona. O melhor da nossa viajem foi o restaurante jangadeiro, que fica ao lado do hotel.

Pousada incrível. Muito aconchegante, café da manhã sensacional. Deixo agradecimento especial à Rosangela (recepcionista) e ao Paulo (restaurante - período da tarde), foram amáveis e atenciosos. Com certeza voltamos e recomendamos aos amigos.

Hotel maravilhoso na questão restaurante e staff
Local muito bonito embora que a praia da frente do hotel não seja adequada para banho. É um hotel de relaxamento, fora do centro de Gostoso. É importante ter carro pois caso contrário não tem como circular e aí tem que se limitar ao hotel. O café da manhã é maravilhoso e o restaurante também , de padrão internacional. O atendimento é excepcional . Infelizmente fecha as 20:30 h. A partir deste horário fica só o vigilante no hotel . Não tem telefone no quarto e para se comunicar com a recepção só indo lá. A única lixeira do quarto fica no banheiro e também não há copos nos quartos. No nosso ultimo dia choveu e o local do café da manhã ficou inundado. Enfim o hotel é bonito, confortável mas falta um pouco mais de estrutura . Em um dia de chuva torrencial havia um guarda chuva disponivel e nenhum funcionario para nos ajudar com as malas. Mas no geral indico o hotel .
