Acorn Landing – The Ultimate All-Season Getaway on Long Lake

"Very clean and well run operation. Probably the most well run rental I’ve ever used. House was very clean, smelled great, and had very nice finishes for where it was. We went up for the sturgeon festival did some ice fishing off the dock and it was a perfect set up and everyone in the group loved the place. The only issue or suggestion was that it seemed to not warm up like we’d expect. Furnace ran and the air was hot but for some reason it got very cold in the middle of the night especially in the “master”. We have stayed at many slab on grade places that aren’t as nice and stay cold all weekend and it wasn’t a problem. It just seemed strange that such a nice place seemed to struggle to stay warm. I’m not sure if it was a setting on the thermostat or if the crawl space has little to no insulation or what. "
