"My partner and I stayed here for a weekend to attend a nearby wedding. Joanne, the owner, was friendly and gave clear instructions. "We were so comfortable in the carriage house. The beds were cozy and it was very quiet. We could walk to a different restaurant every night! The historic structure has very steep stairs going up to the living space which were not a problem for us, but would have been if my elderly parents had been there. Definitely recommend this "

"The house lies in a busy neighborhood, but was suprisingly quiet. It was a short distance from both Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The house was very nice and the doors auto lock. The only downside was even though we were upstairs, we could hear the guest downstairs moving around. It didnt bother us, but some people may not like it."

"We were in Buffalo for a wedding and this was a great alternative to getting 4 hotel rooms! There was plenty of for all 7 of us. Every place we had to go was a short Uber ride, and it is only 15 minutes to the airport. The house was very clean, and had all of the basics we needed. "

"Overall, this was a lovely place to stay. It's easy to find, and check-in/check-out was simple. It's in a beautiful part of town. I would stay here again. There are two things that kept me from giving a 5-star rating. First, parking was very cramped. Getting in was easy, but getting out takes some fancy footwork. If the little lawn area in front of the cabin was halved, so a car could pull further in, it would make backing up and turning around SO much easier. Second, the mattress and pillows...

My elderly parents stayed in the downstairs bedroom and used the downstairs bath. My family had the two bedrooms and bath upstairs. My pre-teen slept on the futon downstairs.
