"Beautiful home with all the extra touches (paper products, hand soap, shampoo, etc.) provided in a very quiet setting. We enjoyed the back porch and the fire pit. A couple of things to be aware of: the road leading up to the home is gravel (well maintained), the walk to the dock is about 1/5 of a mile on somewhat uneven ground, and the stairs going into the basement are steep and unfinished. "There were 8 family members that stayed here as we traveled in for my daughter's wedding. The layout of the house was perfect and very roomy that allowed us to spread out and made getting ready on the wedding day a breeze. Upon arrival, the house was clean for the most part. The front porch could use a good cleaning. The stairs to the basement are very steep and the overhand is low. The first day, someone hit their head going down the stairs. Second room was great! And we had stayed here on our way to our destination so we knew it was a good place to stay on the way back. Would happily recommend it. "Good hotel, very clean and great service. However, because there was a problem with our heater, the management had to move us to another room, which was a little inconvenient but doable. Second room was great! And we had stayed here on our way to our destination so we knew it was a good place to stay on the way back. Would happily recommend it. Perfect for our group

"We had four families (8 adults, 9 kids) and the house was absolutely perfect. Plenty of beds for everyone, including a huge room with bunk beds for 10 kids! Everyone had a blast, whether they were shooting pool, playing foosball, kayaking to the neighboring island or just hanging out at the huge dining table. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our group. We really had a great time. Only minor items for the owners, it’s probably time to replace the basketball hoop as it’s pretty badly damaged and three of the Adirondack chairs were broke. Everything else was great and the kitchen was really well appointed for huge homemade meals for everyone. We’d highly recommend the house and will likely come back again!"
