This hotel is like the Tardis- looks tiny from the inside but is actually substantial. Room had lots of amenities- hairdryer, iron, safe, tea/coffee. But if you like an early night this is the wrong part of town as even though it was a Sunday there was music blaring til 2300 and then a huge amount of noise at 7am when the refuse collectors took the bottles from the bins! Not the hotel's fault, obviously, but be warned. Staff very friendly, location is a short walk from everywhere you might need to be in the city centre. I was pleasantly surprised by its quality.

Central location good walkability

Stayed here so many times in the past few months due to it's convenient location and free parking. Got a room upgrade due to Expedia membership status which meant we had a coffee machine, a large cookie and dressing gowns in the room which was a nice suprise!

Amazing view on the roof bar and happy to get a nice room with the sea view..

Great location for city centre, very clean and spacious rooms. Parking very easy with good discount. Yeah it's a little noisy but you are vertually right in Matthew Street you expect that before you book so not good complaining aferwards like some reviews.
