Pleasant vacation apartment in a three-family house, 1 km from the coastal town of San Nicola L'Arena on the north coast of Sicily. The apartment is on 2 floors; The upper floor is an attic. The living room with kitchen/dining area leads to the veranda equipped for outdoor dining and relaxing, barbecue. The house is surrounded by a large fenced plot for common use with the other 2 apartments. 2 km from the sandy beaches of San Nicola L'Arena with stores and services of all kinds, tourist port and its beautiful castle on the sea. Baby crib available on request. 11 km Altavilla di Milicia with the sanctuary of Madonna della Milicia; 15 km Bagheria - the city of villas; 20 km the archaeological site of Solunto; 20 km the medieval village of Caccamo; 30 km Palermo, the capital of Sicily, with its immense artistic and cultural heritage: from the magnificent cathedral to the Norman Palace, the many noble palaces and museums, the characteristic and lively markets full of colors and scents. 44 km the beautiful coastal town of Cefalù, pearl of Sicily, with ferries to the Aeolian Islands.
