"When I arrived at the hotel, all the apartments were full, and they claimed that the reservation was canceled by Hotels.com, and he provided another apartment in another building, and it was very bad, unclean, and less than the value of the money paid. I contacted Hotels.com and they assured me that the reservation is valid and has not been canceled by them. I do not recommend them for their lies and non-fulfillment of the reservation."

"No direct entrance to the hotel. We had to walk through the restaurant with all smokers around. The breakfast was horrible. Room service closed after midnight. One small pillow per bed. I had to buy extra one the whole place is full of heavy smokers and waterpipe lovers. Several good things about this hotel. Rooms are big and clean. Close to the forum mall , airport, and central market."
