"Everything about our 4 night stay at Klara's was wonderful. She was there when we arrived and explained everything. The views from the unit are spectacular.. The apartment was spotless and was fully equipped. Having a rental car is a good idea. Klara's house is within a 10-15 minute drive to many great hiking and viewing spots. If you are visiting the Interlaken area and are looking for a great spot to stay, you will not be disappointed staying at Klara's. Promise!"

"We stayed 3 wonderful nights in this apartment. The place was clean and had everything we need away from home. The hosts were kind and helpful and made us feel welcome. If I return to the area, I definitely will be back. "

The only drawback was that it did not have a washer and dryer, which seemed to be advertised in the Listing. The owner seemed genuinely surprised by this and it was not a major issue. "This apartment is absolutely lovely. Neighborhood is quiet and just a quick drive to downtown Lucerne. It's also truly walkable (if you can do uphill!! 😅) and there is public transport. VRBO didn’t send me the correct check in details but the host responded to my message with everything I needed to know very quickly. "Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. "

"You must meet your host for the key, however he does not speak much English so that was a challenge. Be sure to email and call a few days in advance of your arrival to ensure that you can get a hold of someone if you need to communicate in English. Having a washer was great, but clothes must air dry in the lower level. Plan to wash in the evening and hang dry overnight and you'll have guaranteed dried clothes. "This hotel was perfect for our stay in Bern. Very convenient for walking to all of the sites and museums we wanted to see. Parking at Metro was convenient and undercover. The area had had a deluge of snow before our arrival so any street parking was not possible. I would suggest booking dinner in advance as is was quite difficult getting in at the better restaurants in the area"
