Convenient location/price, inconvenient stay

Breakfast on the terrace was the highlight— plentiful and lovely service! Also the room was clean and the location was convenient and the price point was good. It is paid street parking (very affordable, but we were surprised). Also the air conditioning was pretty weak so the room never quite made it to a comfortable temperature (it was an extremely hot day during our 1-night stay). It was also difficult to enter/exit the room because you need to cross 4 locked doors, however you also need your key to make the electricity and A/C work in the room (there is no separating the group of keys— the key ring is welded shut). So… if one person in your group needs to go out, everyone either goes with them or stays in a room without electricity… not very convenient for a family. Finally, it was hard to sleep with what sounded like a toddler stomping around until midnight and then up again before 7 in the apartment building directly above the room.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and definitely central! We stayed here five nights with four people (two adults, two kids). The room was a perfect base of operations to explore the area. Within a 15 minute walk, you can reach everything you want in Trapani, but the street below also has excellent restaurants, a bakery, and a fantastic coffee shop. It's a ten minute walk to the Egadi islands ferry, a 30 minutes drive to Segesta and Monte Cafano, one hour to Zingaro and Selinunte. The owners have paid particular attention to soundproofing, which is great when you're jet lagged and needing good sleep. The breakfasts are very generous as well.

séjour désagréable dans une chambre au rdc. bruit du portail d entrée le soir et le matin . portes voisines de commerce ouvertes avec fracas vers 6 h du matin…. à fuir absolument. bien compris que la chambre réservée par hôtels.com ne plaisait au propriétaire donc on donne la plus vilaine et bruyante..

Good location - walking distance to good restaurants and city centre. Quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable and very clean room. Make sure you contact beforehand to arrange arrival time as host does not live on premises. Breakfast was ok - not as good as other B&B's we stayed. Coffee machine leaked and needed to be cleaned up. Courtyard you have to walk through is also garbage storage area - stinky.

Nouvelle structure idéalement située en position centrale de Trapani. A 5 mn à pieds de l’embarcadère pour les îles Egades et à 400m d’un très grand parking public qui permet de laisser la voiture sans aucun problème,... à 0,10 cts / heure. Le centre historique est à 2 pas. Les chambres modernes sont spacieuses, lumineuses, climatisées et dotées d’un petit frigo avec boissons à disposition. Très calmes avec une excellente literie. Endroit idéal pour se remettre de la découverte de la ville, des îles, des marais salants, et des environs, Erice, Ségeste, … Les propriétaires, Laura et Fabio, sont les hôtes que nous aimerions trouver à chaque déplacement. Accueillants avec un grand sens de l’hospitalité, disponibles, et chaleureux vous gratifient de conseils de visites, d’adresses et autres excursions dans les îles (Favignana à ne pas manquer, sauf tempête !) …et chaque matin, d’un sublime et copieux petit-déjeuner. Parlant également français et anglais, sont des hôtes incontournables. Nous recommandons fortement. Merci Laura et Fabio

I loro consigli su dove andare a mangiare si sono rivelati molto preziosi e sopratutto si è mangiato alla grande...super buonissimi. eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo la struttura nuovissima e ben gestita.
