"We didn’t really like it the old guy in the front desk had a bad attitude he wanted to keep Our passports downstairs because he was too lazy to print them, then there was no iron in the room or downstairs when I started to dry my hair the dryer smelt burnt n stopped working"

"Very impressive small hotel. Service is extraordinarily but limited. Well located. There could be some noise at night and in the early morning. Make sure you close the windows before going to bed."

"Clean, good to communicate with. Bed and shower ok and breakfast enough to set you up for a days mooching around. Not easy to find off Android auto, turn off the main road and find the tire garage the door is behind you near a little park. Look up for the sign. Its 2 and a half clicks easy walk to the port for a boat trip, great trattoria nearby named La Golosa."

"Friendly and helpful staff but the place is a bit run down. There is a strong smell of cleaning products and the room on ground floor is very damp and moldy. I'd recommend looking in the never part of town; east of the train station "

"Hotel is a beautifully rehabbed old building centrally located in Trapani within walking distance of the historic district and the water on either side. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating and gave us great recommendations about restaurants and things to do in Trapani. We opted for their valet parking (at additional charge, I think it was 20 Euro/day) which made it very easy and included in and out access for the car. The room was super comfy, so much so that we opted to stay an extra day. Highly recommended if you are visiting Trapani!"
