"Great spot if you’re looking for down time at the beach, steps away from the hotel/condo. Had a renovated and clean suite. The hurricane damage can still be felt around for ex the water heaters in the pool were not yet working but the hot tubs were. Overall great stay! "

"Location was great for our needs, dining, beach access & commuting. The unit itself (301) was ok but not the cleanest. The bathrooms were bad, not much effort was put into cleaning them. The water was hard & left a film on the eating utensils, also not great for showering. There was a broom, but no dust pan, mop but no bucket & not one piece of beach equipment (chairs,cooler,umbrella or even kids bucket/shovel). We like the unit location of unit as it was on the end. "A very nice stay. Very central to restaurants and a quick 20 min drive to downtown St. Pete. The beach is expansive and beautiful and our condo was mostly clean and quiet. Only downside was the sporadic front desk hours and definitely could tell they had not washed the tile floors before our arrival. Overall, would stay again."

"Central location in Treasure Island. We had a king room, gulf facing, with Balcony. Easy to walk to shops, dining & shopping. They have beach chairs you can rent by the day. City Beach access across the street still closed, but can walk a quarter block to the city access between hotels, at the crosswalk. Great paved boardwalk ocean side to stroll along the beach. Easy walk to the Sunday evening drum circle. Only negative right now was pool was not heated & hot tub not bubbling. Overall good...

One elevator out but that was communicated and did not cause any problems. Property has done a nice cleanup after the hurricanes.
