"My husband and I were looking for a peaceful, quiet and stress-free holiday when we chose to stay at the Nest. Sadly, the Nest did not live up to its description and the owner was less than hospitable. There was no satellite TV. She told us it had broken that week. Other reviews (seen too late) on other sites showed me that it had been broken for at least a year. The wifi worked only outside, at the back door or in a corner of the attic. "We enjoyed the walks from the house both North and South along the coastal footpaths, the sunsets and changing sky from the comfortable conservatory and the short drives to nearby coastal paths . The house was well equipped and very clean . It is very quiet and easy to find . The beach below is handy for a swim or a stroll ."

"Our young receptionist (jeane fille, tre joile - wish we knew her name) was very professional and welcoming. She personally introduced the main areas of the hotel and locale and escorted us to our room where she explained the facilities. You could not wish for a better reception. The hotel was beautifully decorated. We liked the spa and indoor pool but as we were eating out cannot comment on the food. The hotel would have had spectacular views had the weather been better. A lovely hotel and perfect for visiting le Trestrao"
