"Had a spot of bother accessing the key safe but eventually ok. Flat was very nice. Nice bright decor. Very well equipped. Nice touches like various teas, coffee and biscuits. Lovely fluffy towels. The beds were a little soft but comfortable. The one toilet was almost impossible to flush. There was a note on it saying press firmly and a man would do it easily but being two mature ladies we couldn't. Advised the hosts and I've had an email to say it's been fixed since we left. "The property was a great base for a short stay in Chester for a family of 5. We were no more than 15 minutes from some of the notable local attractions and amenities. The house itself suited our needs and was in a quiet neighbourhood. The house and rooms were of ample size to accommodate 2 adults and 3 children (all under 13)."

We had a car which is essential for touring in Wales and this was a great location to base our travels from. Smart TV and great Wi-Fi was also a much appreciated bonus. "The accommodation was very poor standard. The small bedroom had no electricity except for overhead light. Situation of bed meant no access to bedside table in that room. Clean and comfortable

"The room was amazing had everything we needed, it was very spacious clean comfortable. We booked for evening dining it was very busy so make sure you do that in an evening just incase. check in ran smoothly we had early check in and late check out which we paid extra for we also paid for breakfast at the time of check in and was told our 7 year old was free we settled the whole bill at the time. Then on check out we were then told there was an outstanding amount for breakfast which caused some confusion and embarrassment to us infront of other guests as they had over charged with no apology by which time they had already charged my card but all got resolved. That said this is a lovely hotel to stay in."
