Nice hotel close to airport. Staff was wonderful. Could be renovated

I recently stayed at the Uptown Palace in Milano, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The hotel itself is modern, elegant, and impeccably maintained. Everything about it reflects quality and attention to detail. The staff were outstanding—always warm, friendly, and ready to assist with anything we needed, whether it was recommendations for restaurants or directions to local attractions. Their hospitality truly elevated the experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly clean. The comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a home away from home. It’s evident that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been more perfect. Situated close to key attractions and public transportation, it made exploring Milano a breeze. Whether we wanted to shop, dine, or sightsee, everything was within easy reach. Overall, Uptown Palace Milano exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Milano!

Casa Baglioni is in beautiful Brera which has many dining options and gorgeous boutique shops. It’s on a tree lined street for lovely walking to the touristy centre near the Duomo which is less than 10 minutes walk. The staff are all attentive, polite and provided excellent service in every way. We appreciated the bottles of flat and sparkling water which were replace daily in our room, the turn down service and chocolates and the help we received when we asked questions. The one Michelin star restaurant, Sadler, was wonderful for dinner and we enjoyed all of our breakfasts, which were in the same space. We will stay here again!

It’s a very elegant and refined hotel with artworks on the walls and some antique decor. This is a true gem for everyone who likes art and history. Besides that the staff is very attentive, the room was a bit dark and no flowers like on the pictures but other than that all was perfect.

The staff was super helpful and welcoming. Made out experience fantastic!
