Quiet Lakefront Cottage-Sandy beach-Great swimming&fishing

If you're looking for quality family time, great swimming and a sandy beach then this is the spot. Peace & quiet w/o gas powered watercraft. Just the sounds of 2 resident loons. (We purposely have nixed on a T.V.) Guests love and boast of the outdor hot & cold shower-the loon saloon on the beach equipped with retro fridge and the awesome swimming. Enjoy stargazing-fishing, kayaking & feeding the chipmunks. Also great reviews on the decor & incredibly equipped kitchen. A short trip to Fenelon Falls shops and locks, the famous Bob Cageon & the small town of Kinmount which boasts the historic movie theater/museum with the latest movies and cat sanctuary.(worth the visit) closest LCBO in Kinmount. Great fish and chips and kawartha dairy ice cream.

3 generations family gathering
8-10 family members throughout the week, ages 24 to 91, gathered from parts of Ontario, Vancouver and Halifax to enjoy days of fun and connectivity. This cottage was absolutely perfect providing all we needed. Lots of games played, many wonderful meals shared around the extra long communal table. Enjoyed playing horseshoes and volleyball on the beach and many ventures out on the quiet waters in the pedal boat, canoe and kayak provided. Thanks so much Linda and Dan!

Exceptional Vacation
Cottage was as listed and was well equipped to handle 10 people. Plenty of room to relax, to play and to eat. Great fishing both off the dock and off the boat. Very peaceful lake and some beautiful star gazing. All in all a wonderful trip and many life memories made for all. Would definitely stay again. Linda was great to engage with and very accommodating- thank you for sharing this beautiful spot with us.
