"I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!"

"Fregatura/truffa. Il gestore non si è presentato. Non c'è stato modo di contattarlo una volta arrivati lì, peccato che il pernottamento fosse già stato pagato. Così ci siamo ritrovati senza dove dormire, per fortuna Expedia ci ha coperto la prima notte in un albergo. Da sottolineare che neanche Expedia stessa sia riuscita a contattare il gestore, e che al momento non sono ancora stato rimborsato. Esperienza pessima e pessima pubblicità per Lecce. "We only stayed one night and it was perfect for our needs. Opposite the train station and only a 10 minute walk to the central/port area. Staff were great and let us check in early. Very friendly and had excellent English. Room was clean and comfy but the bathroom a little dated. The air conditioning was quite noisy. Breakfast included a nice selection of sweet and savoury goods."

" This is not a Grand hotel in the sense of the Danieli or Excelsior, however, that is probably because they choose not to have a restaurant, even though they put out a sumptuous breakfast and have a commercial kitchen and plenty of staff. Our room had filthy old green carpeting, but we noticed in the long hallway that some rooms have modern wood flooring, which is much more sanitary I don't know why we weren't given the upgrade since we are hotel gold members. The only other issue was the parking which we tried to reserve well in advance, but was unavailable, which was disappointing since we have a brand new Mercedes-Benz . The staff was very pleasant and the bathroom was spacious and had the best shower of our trip. Overall, it was good value for the money and it's probably one of the better hotels in Lecce."
