"Property was clean. Toilet was dirty with one of the toilets not flushing. The pool is falling apart with tiles everywhere inside the pool and all over the outside of the property. Pool was very dirty and we were not able to use it AT ALL during our stay. The host was friendly and nice but not happy with the property at all. Do not recommend."

"Camere totalmente da rinnovare,pulizia che lascia a desoderare.....all'arrivo e alla partenza abbiamo trovato il capo receptionist maleducato e arrogante non adatto a trattare con le persone. Si rivolge ai clienti con tono di superiorita e questo sicuramente non é un bel atteggiamento per un responsabile. Le ragazze invece cordiali e cortesi e anche il direttore. "We stayed at Dar Elyas from January 14 to February 23. One daughter joined us for one week, our other daughter joined us for two. We all agreed that the photos don’t do the residence justice!! "Nous garderons de bons souvenirs de Djerba, des habitants accueillants et chaleureux, plus particulièrement du propriétaire de la belle maison que nous avons louer, de toutes les personnes rencontrées sur place. Well done Plaza Hotel

"Overall fantastic. A bit of difficulties at first but later things got much better and me and my wife enjoyed our stay and we wished it lasted longer. The lady at the room service was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, providing us with info about Houmt Esouk. She makes this hotel proud. Mostafa, the room service was friendlier too. The food is absolutely delicious and to our taste. The hotel layout is out of this world and amazing. The swimming pools are very nicely maintained and the beach too with its lounge. I have walked along the beach to look at the other hotels but Plaza Hotel remained outstandingly nicer. Our balcony overlooks the side of the pool but the sea was right in front of us and it was nice waking up to that. I liked very much so the peace and quiet and the ability to sleep without any disturbances. The reception staff were also helpful and so was the guest relation gentleman who was all ears to any concerns. I spoke to many residents and they all share the same views and many of them if not all, it was not their first time there. Although I like the change but I would definitely go back there. I think they could do more to publicise their services as this is not well reflected on the website. I am surprised that I could not see English people in that hotel but from conversations we had with some at the airport on our return, we stayed at the best hotel. "

An enjoyable visit.

"The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Kudos especially to our "personal" waiter, Sammy who made sure our table was resdy each evening and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. This was our second visit to Seabel Rym Beach, and we have not been disappointed at all. Check in was a bit tedious as our request for accessible/disabled rooms was not noted, but the hotel was quick to remedy and the following day we were moved to the correct rooms. The menu was varied each night and while breakfast was a bit mundane, our chef at the omelet station was on point and had my omelet and fresh fried beignette ready as soo as i arrived. Sadly he was not working on mu last day so that i could reward his service properly. The pool is wonderful, and while the fight for lounge chairs was tedious, the sun and coll waters made up for it."

"Good option if you’re looking to save some $. The staff is nice especially the front desk lady Ms Zakia, she was helpful throughout our stay. The equipment in the hotel could however use some upgrade for the fees they're charging. The wifi wasn't available in our room if you need to use it you had to go at the pool which is kinda backward."
