"Gated golf course community. A lot of times, pics look way better then in person - not this property. If anything, the pics don't do this property justice. Unfortunately, it was very cold while there and didn't get a chance to enjoy the screened in porch. Grocery/dining a quick 5 min drive. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to the area (son, 2 grandkids, 2 greatgrands in the area)."

Patti and Dave always kept in touch with us to make sure that we had everything we needed. We really appreciated how they went the extra mile to make sure that our home away from home was enjoyable and hope to book again for next year! "

"Perfect spot for golf in a quiet albeit dated neighborhood "

"This house was very comfortable and had what we needed to spend a week as a family. It is close to the Barclay shopping center and only 15-20 minutes from the other attractions in Spring Hill. There was a park minutes from the house. The heated pool was a huge perk of our stay and the kids enjoyed it every day of the week we were there. Overall a fantastic property."

"The property did work well for our family. TV and main room did not work well as we needed to switch out with the master bedroom. Only two beds were actual beds. The rest were foam mattresses, which was not great. Also at other rentals we did have more basic supplies, such as towels, strainer, and many of the lights did not work. The kitchen main light overhead did not work.The neighborhood was great to walk/play in and we felt very safe."

"If you love animals - domestic, farm, and exotic - you're going to love this VRBO. Dona is a 5-star host, and the accommodations were perfect. My wife and I loved waking up on the farm and seeing all of the adorable furry friends, then exploring nearby Dade City and the surrounding area. We were able to enjoy a private tour of the sanctuary, which blew our minds! We will absolutely return for a future visit. Thank you for everything, Dona!!"

"Very unique and cool artistic touches through out the house. Very beautiful grounds! Large trees all around! The house was very cozy and we enjoyed a bon fire every evening. I highly recommend this charming place if you want peace and serenity!"

"The decor is a little bougie for the boys. The home is clean, well maintained, and spacious. Situated in a quiet neighborhood a little ways from town, but an easy drive to the main areas. Great communication. Easy check in. The only downside was no coffee maker but owner says that will be remedied for the next renters. "

"The property was pretty much as advertised. A last-minute change in instructions directed me to access the property through a side door by the dumpsters. Not very appealing and didn’t make me feel very valued. Night unit was on the second floor so I had to lug my luggage upstairs, which was not a surprise, but still was a pain in the butt. Interior was spartan but clean. The colors were bright and the furniture was new and in good shape. The couches in the common area were very uncomfortable....
