Despite my struggle with the staircases while on crutches, your hotel is clean inside and out and seriously deserves a 5 star rating. Your receptionist Bongani was just as welcoming, but could done better than checking me into a room with a flight of stairs and one I've never selected and moving me into another with stairs again, but overall, he was patient and calm, never gave me a reason to make a noise, instead, I remained calm too.
