"This house is as amazing as it sounds. We utilized the house for a work offsite and it was perfect. The ample bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy to have 10 co-workers housed in the same location while providing everyone their own personal space. The amenities are great, being right on the lake with your own boat house, made it easy to rent a pontoon and jet skies. "This place is great. Everything worked well. Nice bedrooms clean bathrooms and all other areas. Loved to game room. Charcoal grill was nice to have Will visit again. "

"This house was very nice and especially liked the wrap around porch with plenty of rocking chairs. You could always find a shady spot with a breeze. The view was of pasture land and cows coming and going. Very good views of the sunset. Only draw back for me, was that the house was a little to secluded at night."

Only hiccup was incorrect website and wifi password provided and took a while to finally be able to get connected but was smooth sailing after that. Tons of seating and sleeping areas. Be advised that the 4th bedroom is technically not a bedroom. It’s in the room with the pool table downstairs so not lots of privacy for whoever stays there. They share a bathroom...

"The boat dock was perfect. We were able to bring our boat and park it at the dock which made easy access to the lake. The paddle boards were not available as advertised. The kitchen is adequately stocked. "

"We had a beach house reserved and then hurricane Beryl hit and messed the beach house up pretty bad so we were scrambling to find a replacement for our yearly summer vacation. We tried several times to book houses and missed out but my son found this one and we jumped on it asap. Paul was great the house is large and roomy, it was clean and he’s pet friendly which is a big thing for us. The dock is huge and my grandkids loved the rope swing!
