"We arrived and found it hard to get to and public transit was difficult to use. Taxi also difficult as we have very limited German. We were not expecting to be required to bring our own towels although when reading the advert note that it did not specify that towels were provided. There was a surprise bill presented to us on arrival as well...if we could have communicated better we would have understood this was a tourist tax charged on all beds in this location. "Der Check in verlief leider sehr holperig. Ansonsten hatten wir einen recht schönen Kurzurlaub. Die Wohnung war anfangs sehr kalt. Ein paar Infos zur Heizung wären gut gewesen. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten."

Wenn irgend etwas ist oder Fragen bestehen, kann man die Vermieter jederzeit ansprechenä. Wir hatten 4 schöne Tage und selbst ein zerbrochenes Glas war überhaupt kein Problem. Es gibt hier einen wirklich ruhigen Strand in der Nähe, welcher sogar an ein verlassenes Feriendorf grenzt."

Der Ort Gustow bietet allerdings ausser einem kleinen Badestrand, nicht viel mehr. Dieser ist jedoch sehr schön und zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar. Bis zur Küste sind es immer um die 30 km."

Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic. "

Great hotel in very good location

There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters. The 2 room apartment is big and has everything you could need including a drying rack, pots and pans for cooking, hair dryer, and plenty of tables to eat. Only one thing to note, at least for us, the shampoo dispenser was outside the shower with no other options provided, so consider to bring your own."

"Incredibly nice hotel for a good price. Able to book last minute and the staff was lovely when I arrived near midnight. The bicycle storage in the basement is one of the nicest features I’ve ever seen. Breakfast was excellent and the room was comfy and clean. Hope to visit Wismar again soon and will definitely book here when I do"
