New landlord! 2 bedrooms, renovated, at a Creole village, near beach, parking

2 room apartment fully renovated in August 2015, located in the heart of the Creole village at Pointe du Bout with the Trois-Îlets and at 2 minutes by foot from the beach. We offer a private parking access! The 40 m² accommodation for 1 - 3 people was specially equipped and decorated for you. Living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a TV, an equipped kitchen, a washing and a drying machine, and a shower room with a massage jet shower. Have your upcoming holiday in Martinique while staying in a fully furnished apartment surrounded by all the comforts and perfect quality; well looked after with maximum care. We hope you have a wonderful stay!

Excellent Value - Cozy Rental on top of a Busy Square
The apartment is not the fanciest but very comfortable and cozy, and equipped with just about everything that a vacationer would need - including free long distance to landlines in about 60 countries.. It is right on top of all the restaurants and shops in the Village, which is busy with activities all the time. But the apartment itself is very private and quiet. We are also within walking distance to three different beaches, the closest one only 5 minutes away. You don't really need a car, since there are lots of things nearby, but we would recommend renting one so you can go explore the island and try the restaurants beyond the immediate tourist area. Besides, just the round trip cab fare from the airport would cost you half as much as a week's [economy] car rental. If you do get a car there is a private parking lot right outside the building. Beatrice and Laurent are good hosts. They met us when we arrived and explained everything, made recommendations of restaurants to try and places to visit. The only dissatisfaction we have is that the cleaning or pest control solution they used smelled a little too perfume than we'd like, but airing out the place helped. Oh. If you have trouble connecting to the wifi, the password printed on the router is wrong - you need to connect using WPS. (Of course, if you have only iOS devices with you, you'd be out of luck - unless Beatrice/Laurent sees this and gets the problem corrected.) Once connected, the internet is reasonably fast. We'd recommend the place.

bien mais sans le WIFI promis
Endroit sympathique en plein coeur du village créole. En revanche, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce le WIFI est absent. #choquant! Les propriétaires sont peu voire pas du tout enclins à trouver une solution malgré un séjour de 10 jours. L'accueil a été agréable, documentation sur la martinique et échantillons de rhums dans l'appartement. De plus, l'appartement est propre et bien situé à proximité de commerces. En conclusion, si vous comptez partir en martinique et que internet n'a pas d'importance pour vous (recherches touristiques, recherches restaurants....), vous pouvez choisir ce lieu. En revanche, si vous avez besoin du wifi pendant votre séjour je vous suggère de prendre une autre location.

Le meilleur emplacement touristique de l'île
C'est la deuxième fois que nous réservons cet appartement à la Pointe du Bout, idéalement placé au centre du village créole (Plage, commerces et restaurants à proximité)... Nos hôtes, Laurent et Béatrice sont toujours aussi sympa et accueillants. Une bonne recette pour passer un excellent séjour.
