Nice place to stay. Clean and confortable room. Friendly staff. Close to downtown and Des Forges street where all the bars and restaurants are located. The outside is a bit worn out, but the rooms are nice and very clean. Would return without a doubt

I choose a Queen bed for me and my husband i Receive a double bed and IT was very very hard like hard as a rock ! No joke ! my back hurt the next morning. I call before reserving to make sûre i could have a baby bed , They've Said yes ! And they give me a simple matress ? I didnt use it, the only thing I can Say is that yes IT was clean for an motel, the bed sheets was smelling the Laundry, Floor was clean all Around too. Butt the staff Man Guy was rude no smilling no welcoming.

Cleanliness was 3 stars as there were ants. But overall I liked the room. It was OK inside even though the outside of the motel is unkempt. Only one physical key is provided, so I asked at the front desk for them to let my guest in when he arrived. They wrote out a paper note, but the staff there couldn't find the note when my friend arrived, so he wasn't able to get in the room. The motel is largely for out-of-town workers I think, not tourists. If you don't speak French familiarize yourself with one of the translation apps. That worked well for me when checking out.

The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and his English was fine. I was easily able to book an extra night. The property doesn’t look like much but the room I received was beautiful and spacious. For this visit, I only cared about the room comforts. It is within easy reach of restaurants, shopping and tourist sites like the Shrine of Our Lady of the Cape which I highly recommend to visit.

J'aurais aimé avoir accès à du café dans la chambre et à une barrure interne de la porte d'entrée de la chambre. Je crois que ça hauserait vraiment l'expérience. Par ailleurs, il y avait, malgré la propreté excellente, une odeur d'égoût. Le personnel était courtois, mais pas avenant. Exemple, lors de monm arrivée, l'employé aurait pu me faire part du dépanneur à proximité pour l'achat d'un petit déjeuner lorsqu'il a su que je croyais en avoir un d'inclus...Il m'a aussi dit qu'ils n'avaient pas de change pour le café à la machine, mais sans jamais m'offrir d'alternatives! J'ai fait une recherche afin de trouver un dépanneur permettant de déjeuner et de pouvoir avoir de la monnaie pour prendre un café à l'accueil. Des petites choses qui feraient une différence dans l'expérience client.
