"The hosts were very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was clean, the beds comfortable and we enjoyed the whirlpool bath tub as well as the luxurious showers. The yard was fenced in and large which was perfect for our dog. Our only recommendation would be to add some cooking/baking ware and cooking utensils. Other than that it was a perfect stay and we would definitely recommend it. Thanks again"

Temperature in room was 21.5 and despite me turning it to 18 desired temperature, and the air conditioning on full power, it did not reduce the temperature overnight. "Pour le prix très bien. Il y avait des chambres modernes et d'autres moins, et de plus des chambres avec des baignoires et d'autres non. Lors de ma réservation en ligne j'avais demandé la possibilité d'avoir une chambre moderne avec baignoire, et ma demande a été prise en compte donc j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Seul point négatif (et tout de même important) : la propreté de la moquette laissait vraiment à désirer, ce qui nous a refroidit c’est dommage, il faudrait la nettoyer. "

"Not straightforward to find - hidden at the back of an industrial estate, but enclosed in a secure fenced area and very quiet being some distance from a busy road. Once there, the hotel is first class and well worth staying at if you want something that gives you everything you need - with a bit of style, and at a reasonable price. Well done ACE Hotel."

"The carpet leading to our room smelt of dogs, our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast time was chaotic, the staff were not in control. We needed to wait for food, crockery and utensils. We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant. We have stayed at your hotels before with no problems. "
