"The property is set high above Tropea with sunning views over the town to the sea below and the distant silhouette of Stromboli. The property is very quiet and comfortable with an easy downhill stroll into the lively and historic town below. As you might expect the downhill stroll comes with the prospect of a rather more strenuous return journey and most visitors had opted for the hire a car from the airport. We had opted to travel from the airport by train with the local station in close...

"The apartment is exactly like the pictures depict. We had a little trouble finding the apartment, however, that was the only issue we ever had. Roberto, our go to person immediately responded to any questions. The view of Stromboli at sunset is spectacular!! The apartment was centrally located so we found it pretty easy to visit the area towns. Highly recommend this apartment!!"

"The newly equipment appartment did offer everything we just needed. Restaurants, cafés and supermarkets are in walking distance. As well as the beach. We just are very thankful for the guidance and help from Santina our host. She is very kind and available for advices. Our highlight was to have breakfast at the balcony with the ocean view. We hope to come again!"

"We had a terrific stay at Tropea (despite the abnormal weather). The driveway is to the left of the Topis Hotel driveway, so hidden and also allows free parking to leave your car while exploring the city centre. Cristian is a very hard worker and made sure we were taken care of and everything was clean. It is definitely bellisimo! High end finishing of the condo!"

"The hot water in the shower did not work for most of our stay, the issue was flagged multiple times but only resolved on the last day. One of the days we had to boil water to shower as hot water was not working at all. A somewhat adequate compensation was initially offered but later he changed the terms, saying extra charges for linen and towels "were being waived" and that was part of our compensation, however, at the time of booking and writing this review there is no mention of said charges...

"This place is simply incredible! My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and were so impressed with the hotel and incredible views over the Tyrrhenian Sea. The resort was clean and safe, the beds very comfortable and the staff always friendly and helpful. The terrace is absolutely pristine and we felt like we had it all to ourselves at times during our October visit. "The hotel is new and the room is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Beautiful and comfortable bed, large bathroom, great location. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It was limited and the food didn't look fresh at the beginning of the year. Maybe they couldn't get supplies after New Year's Eve. All the rest was great."

The resort was clean and safe, the beds very comfortable and the staff always friendly and helpful. The terrace is absolutely pristine and we felt like we had it all to ourselves at times during our October visit. The historic old town centre with plenty of restaurants and shopping is a short 7-8 minute walk away. Check out the Santuario Santa Maria dell'Isola and the beautiful sand beaches surrounding it. Shout out to Selena, Pawel the bartender and all the staff for making this trip such a memorable experience. This place will not dissapoint you and we look forward to coming back to Tropea and staying at Hotel Rocca Della Sena in the near future."
