"Nice room with great air-conditioning. Late checkout at 11 was great. Good gym. I liked that that the hotel dinner went till 21. I usually stay at Hotel Fontana, which is more expensive, but i think Zepter is better, so I'll come here again!"

Problem with fake owner

"We had a problem - the owner claimed that he does not cooperate with the Vrbo app and that he does not have any reservation in my name. We were forced to return home because we had nowhere to sleep. The problem was not us, who paid properly, but the owner of the apartment. And we were left financially damaged. The only bright spot at the end of the tunnel is the customer service who did their best to alleviate this major inconvenience. Whether we will use your app again is now debatable."
