"We had a lovely stay. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. Good beds good showers plenty of hot water. Good cooker. The garden was slightly disappointing."

The lady who answered the phone sent email begrudgingly and really didn’t want to help. Her response was well if you don’t like it you can ask for refund! "The house is located pretty much outside any urban noises which was exactly what we wanted. The setting of the house is very well designed. Plenty of space for sports, games, swimming in the lovely swimming pool. Overall, we had a great time staying there. We'll probably book it again in future. "

"The check in time is very short but the keys are prepared and information was clear so I could check in without a problem. My room didn't have AC so it was quite hot when the temperature was around 30 . The pedestal fan was very helpful but not enogh. Overall I liked the place. "

"Excellent place for a family get together. Amboise within walking distance. peaceful grounds of chateau. The pool was so welcome as was the bbq. We would recommend the Château for a comfortable stay in France. "

"This worked well for our large family group (9 adults, three teens, and our 3-year-old grandson). There is lots of room. We only had one night as we were between visiting Villandry and Chenonceau. This was a side trip for us as we were on our way to Bastogne, Belgium. Despite being there for a short time, Eloise was very accommodating and excellent in her communications with us. We are thankful for the opportunity to stay here!"

"What a fantastic relaxing holiday with walks and a boat trip along the Cher and Loire rivers, and visiting the wonderful town of Amboise. The whole area is alive with dragonflies, butterflies and birds. The house is just a short walk from the river Cher with restaurants and bars close to the river. The house was perfect for what we needed with a well-situated patio with table and chairs to enjoy the warm summer evenings. We chose to book this property for all the amenities included only to find a week before that we'd be charged extra for bedding and towels, the property owner then saying she doesn't use Vbro and advertises through someone else and advertises for the extras on their site.
