"Our stay at Vincenzo Family Hotel was pure perfection. The owners and staff were the kindest and most hardworking people. They kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the port. We really felt like everyone went above and beyond. The staff seem to work from first thing in the morning to late at night ensuring everything is perfect. The breakfast was incredible too. Huge selection of delicious homemade food, baked goods, pastries, eggs, fruit and yogurt. Delicious coffee and fresh juice....

"The staff is friendly and prompt during my stay, and the facility is very close to the port. However, the facility really needs some upgrade. For example, a door is broken that it has to be closed the whole time (to the balcony). The shower place does not have any glass to block the water from going out, causing the entire floor being wet. The heater is not working as intended "

"I am very upset with Hotels.com for even listing this place. The flush was broken, the soap dish was unusable, the bathroom door, the towel rack, the toilet paper holder - everything was broken. The beds had no fitted sheets so in the middle of the night we woke up to find ourselves sleeping directly on the filthy mattress. The blanket was worse that you would find in Motel 8. It was the most disgusting property we have ever seen and for this high a price??? I think hotels.com should refund my...
