"Amalia & Yannis are wonderful hosts. The villa is beautiful, well thought out and absolutely everything you need is there. When we did need help like a taxi or advice on where to seek a Dr, they were super speedy and helpful with their response. The villa is a 5min walk into the centre of the small town and a 5-10min walk to the beach or a 10min taxi ride to Zakynthos town. We hope to be back soon!"

"Séjour magnifique!! Je recommande La Casa 77 à 100% L'appart est super, bien équipé. l'équipe ménage passe tous les jours pour nettoyer et changer les draps et serviettes. la chambre est spacieuse dans un emplacement près de la ville de Zakynthos. l'environnement est calme et apaisant. franchement une adresse à recommander sur Zakynthos. "One night stay in a sea view apt. Lovely room with bathroom in the bedroom. Fantastic sea views and we loved our stay - however the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard and we felt a little disappointed by this. Mirrors - shower - smell of towels and a rogue slipper found under the bed. Lacks the attention it should have. However we had a good deal in the room so perhaps we shouldn’t moan! Breakfast was good - plenty of choice. "

"We paid for 2 studios/apartments but on arrival they would only allow us to have the 1. They also charged us €40 for having a friend around to the room on 2 occasions. One bed had a dip in it and our room wasn’t cleaned for the whole duration of our stay. There was no hot water in the shower and the fridge was also broken. We were only allowed 1 room key which meant we couldn’t use the air con unless we were in the room. We also got woken up twice at 8am every day by the owners.. disappointed to...

"Absolutely loved my stay! The staff were incredible and I really liked the room and the amenities. Can only recommend the breakfast, a wide variety with change every day! I had a very memorable time in Zakynthos and will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!"

"The toilet seat had urine stains when we first checked in and only God knows how long its been there. The kitchen lacked clean surfaces as did the floor of the entire room when we first got there. Housekeeping was done only on the third day (which we were told was apparently the norm) and greasiness of the floor did improve after the cleaning. "On day three of the stay workmen were working with heavy equipment from 08.00 on the flat roof directly above our apartment, waking us and also using the terrace outside the room which was supposed to be for our personal use. "This was unfortunate, we were unhappy. It may be nicer during the “season” but we were so disappointed we checked out shortly after arrival and booked a new hotel. Our “partial sea view” room had 1 window that looked out at a cement wall and there was no sea in sight… secondly, the entire “lobby” was under construction and the property seemed surprised at our arrival. "The breakfast spread is a beautiful sight, with every nut, grain, and dried fruit neatly stored in glass jars. The table is set with speckled plates and fine china, adding a touch of elegance. The rattan and wooden furniture, in warm beige, brown, and stone tones, create a cozy and natural atmosphere. The vines draping over the balcony bring a lush, botanical feel that adds to the charm of the space. The staff are incredible. The staff here are genuinely friendly, always smiling, and approachable. I've met such simple, yet happy and beautiful souls—an experience that has been truly eye-opening. I came here seeking solitude, and I've found the perfect space to unwind and recharge. The scenery is breathtaking; the beach is a serene retreat with its fresh, calming atmosphere. I could easily spend the entire day there, listening to the rhythmic crash of waves against the shore, just me, my book, and the gentle hum of people laughing, swimming, and chatting with loved ones. I’m not ready to leave yet, but I know I’ll be back again."

Perfect beach location

"I loved my stay. Room was really large and comfortable and had a nice little patio space too. Bed and pillows were comfortable, the staff at the pool bar and restaurant were really lovely and the food was brilliant. The beach view from the cafe is stunning and Avli restaurant a short walk away was also well worth checking out for dinner! I think the hotel is perfectly placed for a visit to Tisili Beach."

"The hotel was very welcoming, clean and very well decorated. It was situated just out of the town of Tsilivi, but close enough to walk to the many restaurants in the town and only a short walk from the beach. The hotel grounds were always will looked after and the 2 pools were sparklingly clean. Nice that one of the 2 pools was for adults only. The room we had was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the air conditioning was much needed and worked well and quietly in the background. The only issue we had was our keycard to our door stopped working, but that was fixed straightaway. This leads me to the best part about this hotel, the staff, always willing to help and very courteous. Special thanks to Dimitri, who makes an excellent cocktail and Anastacia, who looked after us at the pool bar! Would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area. "

"Absolutely not what we expected! It is as a cheap quick last minute and I would return over and over! It was wonderful! Clean and friendly I did see reviews saying home from home and they were correct. The views are out of this world. Athena the manager makes your stay that extra special. Go on bbq night u won’t regret it! "
