"お部屋はシングルベッドが並んでいて、一人旅やシニア世代におすすめです。中央暖房のおかげで、お部屋はとても暖かく過ごせました。窓を開けると、自然のせせらぎの音が聞こえてきます。 朝食は、和食の定番メニューが充実していました。 温泉は、源泉かけ流しの天然温泉で、とても気持ちよかったです。温泉の熱さに驚きましたが、とてもリラックスできました。 また、自然を満喫するために、ホテルに長めに滞在することをおすすめします。"

"Best Service ever. our 18 mths old child developed fever when we were on the way to the hotel. could not find any open hospital so we just wanted to try our luck to go straight to hotel and ask for help. they told us its better to ring ambulance when we arrived, also offered us to ring ambulance ..."

"Staff don’t speak any English- I had issues with the fridge in my room and it was impossible to get somebody to come have a look. "軽井沢駅から車でたっぷり３０分強の別荘地。 建物は新しくとても綺麗に整備されています。 今回は雨でＢＢＱができませんでしたが広めのデッキにＢＢＱコンロなど整っています。 キッチンはＩＨ、炊飯器、冷蔵庫、エアコン、洗濯機全て揃っています。 薪暖炉を使えば寒い日でも暖かく過ごせます。 ２階寝室のドアの立て付けが悪く湿気を帯びると木が膨張して閉まりませんσ(^_^;)それと、ハンガー掛けがなく脱いだ上着など保管する設備が必要かと思います。"
