Quiet 55+ community with a variety of activities throughout the year. Located close to shopping and restaurants. This home is set up for entertaining and your canine fur baby is welcome also. For music lovers, the house comes with a high end organ and a guitar for the use of the occupants. This property adheres to a quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. The back gardens are alive with nature and colorful flowers. Peaceful evenings under the Arizona stars are magical along with the fire pit your day will be complete.

Wonderful Home Away From Home
This is a lovely home, spic-and-span clean, well-appointed, and in a very nice neighborhood. The back yard is lovely - lots of flowering plants, so lots of butterflies and hummingbirds - along with other birds, of course, and a roadrunner! We spent most of our week at the home, so the back yard was a real treat. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was amazingly furnished, the entire home was comfortably furnished. The host was easy to communicate with, and she left a nice list of "things to know" about the home and the area. We had a wonderfully relaxing time, and have "favourited" this property in VRBO for return visits.

Great “home away from home”!!
This is a beautiful older home, very well-maintained in a fine neighborhood of Green Valley. Location is ideal, the home is very comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the landlord is very attentive and responsive. I loved being in Green Valley for 3 months, and this home made me feel very welcome. Thank you!

This is a very comfortable and well stocked home with a lovely patio.
Definitely has the feeling of someone’s comfortable home. The kitchen is large and has every utensil and appliance you could want. Provision of a rollaway bed and enclosed Arizona room make this a comfortable third bedroom. The house is very clean and nicely furnished with high-quality items.

We stayed for 6 days. The house is very comfortable and everything you need is available. There is a full kitchen with appliances and coffee maker; coffee is supplied. If you want to park inside the garage, there is enough space for an SUV. Whenever I visit GV again, i will try to book this house!

Wonderful Home
We enjoyed our stay at the Stanley House. It is clean and comfortable. A garage is available for parking your car. The host thought of everything for the kitchen: spices, coffee, popcorn, hot cereal, too many items to mention. The house is located in a retirement community. It was very quiet during the day and night. The backyard is large and well maintained. A BBQ is available for cooking. Check in and out is easy. The host is quick to respond to questions by text or cell phone. We hope to stay again.

A fantastic place to stay
This location is perfect. The home is wonderful and felt just like a home away from home. My husband "worked from home" and had absolutely no issues with internet at this location, which is a HUGE plus for us. This home was very comfortable for us. We enjoyed the back yard, having the ability to do laundry, parking in a garage, and this was the best stocked kitchen I've ever had while staying somewhere. Jacquelyn has truly thought of everything. We had a mishap with the coffee maker (just defective) and Jacquelyn immediately replaced it the same day. That is what I call excellent service!! This neighborhood is extremely friendly and walkable. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and so many outdoor attractions available. I really wished we could have stayed longer. Hoping to be able to go back to Green Valley and stay here again. Top notch accommodations and host.

House was excellent, well laid out, nice decor and comfortable furnishings. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Welcoming, spacious and well-appointed home
We stayed here for three weeks and enjoyed it immensely! The house is clean, comfortable, updated and has a large library of interesting books and memorabilia. Lots of amenities including a washer and dryer and flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. We loved the neighborhood and walkability. The host was accommodating, gracious and amiable. Awesome House in Green Valley!
This property is well maintained, clean, and homey, definitely a home away from home. The master bed, couch and reclining chairs were so incredibly comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and backyard and Arizona rooms are great places to just to sit back and chill. All communications were seamless and the host very helpful. I would definitely stay here again when I come to visit my family.

The Stanley house was a perfect fit for us. I have been coming to Green Valley for many years visiting relatives and this year, inspired by the pandemic, we decided to have a place of our own. We were pleased to find the Stanley house where we were able to entertain family and friends outside. I knew the neighborhood was solid as my aunt lived around the corner. The furnishings were a little dated but overall it was a comfortable place to stay. This year we were traveling with our toy poodle so it was important to have a dog friendly place. The yard was large and totally fenced with friendly neighbors close by. It was also convenient to the Haven Golf Course, the driving range, and the Juan Bautista de Anza Trail. We had no need for the heating or cooling system as the house was comfortable with windows closed in the day and open at night.

Lovely neighborhood, delightfully quiet
This is a perfect place for someone who is looking to relax and enjoy the area around Green Valley. The neighborhoods are great for riding a bike, it's a quick trip to Tuboc or Tucson, the backyard a great spot for sitting and listening to birds after a BBQ. The living room furniture is quite comfortable for watching Roku TV.

Great for 55+
This was the perfect house for the 2 of us plus our baby Apollo. Stayed for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was working remotely the whole time and everything worked great. The internet was a little slow sometimes in the afternoon. All issues that came up were handled by the owner. We would definitely stay again.
