Newly purchased for our VRBO inventory we have opened this Tucson Central Gem. Great walking area with sidewalks and mini library book boxes. We are currently and have been five star Hosts on all our properties and know how to treat you. The Saltillo tile gives the home that cool, comfortable Spanish flare. There is a pellet stove for the cold nights and for the warm nights, cool off in the pool. Enjoy the large bay windows looking out to the pool area. Fun to be had, just needs you.
There are two houses on the estate that are completely separate from each other.

Relaxing Long Weekend

Our Second Stay Here
We returned to this home for a second year in a row. Our kids love the pool and hot tub and we enjoy being in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to town and attractions. The owners are very responsive and welcoming.

Great Place To Stay
We had a very nice stay at this property. It was clean and had a nice yard with a pool and a hot tub which our kids enjoyed. Also a great place to watch the US Air Force fly maneuvers in the afternoons! It was easy to get around by car. Craig and his son Todd were very responsive and welcoming.

Great Property!
Quaint property that was clean and fun and a convenient location to hiking trailheads. Craig the Owner was great with early check-in, recommendations, and communication. Only small thing was the pool was not heated, but the hot tub was great.

Xmas getaway
First time visiting the area, we found the property close to many sites we had on our list from the U of A, Rincón mountain, Saguaro 🌵 National park, and the botanical garden. The property provided plenty of room for the family to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the spa, but unfortunately December wasn’t warm enough to use the pool. All in all a great stay!

Owner’s were very accommodating and responsive on arrival. Home was clean and as advertised. Not warm enough outside to use the pool, but the hot tub was nice. Best part of this property is for sure the comfy beds. Everyone slept great! Thank you so much for letting us use your lovely home.

wonderful hosts
although the property is old and does not have the conveniences of a modern day building the yard is spectacular, the location is great and the property is charming. The hosts are communicative, pleasant and available. We had 2 married couples and a single with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and we all managed very well.

Super convenient
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We were there to drop our son off at UofA and the location of this property was perfect. We were less than 10 minutes to his dorm, and 10 minutes away from the foothills and great restaurants. The property was spacious for the four of us, very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was great - they were very proactive and responsive to all questions. Check in was the easiest process I’ve had at a VRBO. We will definitely try to stay at this house as often as possible when we visit our son.

Oasis in the City
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very comfortable both inside and out. The owners have thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. The backyard is your own little resort. Our dogs enjoyed it too. Location is convenient to get to downtown or to the Foothills. It was quiet. Owners were responsive and available to respond to our needs. Walk to Botanical Garden. Great taco and hot dog places nearby too! Didn’t find our dream home this time but we’ll be back.

Long weekend getaway
It was clean and the backyard is very nice although we couldn’t enjoy the pool because the water was too cold but the tub was nice. Due to the age of the home there are some plumbing issues which were a little annoying. The home’s decor is a bit heavy and dark for the home that is already naturally dark. Overall it did the job of having a clean place to stay while I visited my daughter at UofA. The location to the school was convenient.

Amazing and relaxing place to stay in Tucson !
I’ve stayed at plenty of Vrbo type properties, different resorts, and hotels all over the country, including Arizona. This property ranks at the top of my list for everything we needed and wanted! It was located pretty close to everything, we rented a car, but we did walk to coffee and breakfast one morning. The house and pool were clean and welcoming. It was very private in the back yard and we spent a lot of time just hanging out by the pool and we even used the bbq. We also had pretty much every amenity we could need or forgot to bring. The neighborhood was nice and it definitely got quiet by 9pm. Overall this was an amazing vacation because we had a great home base !

Fabulous stay!
A group of 4 of us stayed to celebrate a friend’s 50th birthday. We had a lovely time, the hot tub, pool, and backyard were quite relaxing. The hosts were great with communications and we felt if we needed anything we could reach out. Luckily, we didn’t need anything, the house had it all. Wonderful stay, we’ll be back again in the future. Highly recommend this place!

Golf vacation
Great location for access to great coffee and breakfast sandwiches, golf, cocktail bars, breweries and restaurants. Very comfortable and roomy house, quiet neighborhood and we loved the hot tub !! Craig was super responsive to any questions.
