"The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Our ferry to Ireland was delayed a day so they moved our booking with no issue, when we arrived we had been upgraded too. Gym and pool were great, the rooms were so comfortable. 5* experience for sure"

"The room is very spacious and accommodate our 5-person family. A very family-friendly hotel. The buffet breakfast is so delicious with a lot of variety. The waitress, Mia looked after us very well. The reception is amazing and helped us. The swimming pool, the Jacuzzi, the gym was simply amazing. We wondered where this hotel had been since and we didn't know about it. "Lift broke down several times. Tv did not work despite management trying it fix it. Food was shocking so much my partner got violently ill. Despite checking in with credit card we were required to pay for each item. When leaving staff brought luggage coatkeys left in room and taxi back to pick up. Disaster rm 238"
