Everyone was great. The one thing I would change. Is the breakfast time on Saturday and Sunday to start at 6 am. Like you do Monday through Friday. For the people who are participating in the gun show twice a year April and November. That is my and others only complaint.

It was easy to access and check in waa easy. However, the cleanliness of our room was terrible there were scraps of paper on the floor and dirt in the bathroom. The beds were very uncomfortable.

This property was very close to the major shopping stores, Dillards, JC Penney's and other stores that we enjoyed going to within walking of the hotel. The assistant at the desk was helpful when my room card would not work during one of our days.

We have stayed at several Holiday Inn Express hotels coming to Tulsa. This one far exceeds the others. This is the only property we stay at when we come to the area. Several of the front desk staff could be friendlier. Cleaning staff is friendly and the breakfast lady is very nice.. breakfast foods vary daily.

Did not like that our room door had a huge gap down at the bottom and you could hear everything going on in the hallway. Also our room had a lot of bugs, crickets, insects in it.

Hotel is conveniently located to the mall and restaurants. Lobby was well lit, clean and staff was helpful & friendly! Room was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. Shower in 422 was hot with great water pressure - always appreciate that!
