Night clerk was East Asian lady who was rude and unfriendly. Condescension in her voice when speaking with me. Over 30 yrs in customer relations so I was not impressed. As booked wrong night paid first night direct and had to recheck in next morning for expedia reservation. Older lady took foever to complete booking even though prepaid. The room looked in need of a deep cleaning. Clearly all that was done is a quick wipe down and sheet switch between guests as the shower/tub was not clean and the mirror and faucet were covered in backsplash and toothpaste. The TV didn't work. We called the front desk and were told to hit "input" 5 times and if that doesn't work unplug and plug it back in, if that doesn't work then there's nothing we can do. Neither worked and that was the end of the "help." Yes, the room was on the less expensive side but we've stayed in even less expensive hotels that were super clean and more comfortable.

The gentleman that checked us in was kind and helpful. Room condition 1. Stuck horribly of mold and mildew 2. Room smelled of old cigarette smoke 3. Room infested with ants 4. Beds are wore out and terrible 5. Pillows were disgusting and need to be replaced. Thank God they at least had clean covers on tbem. 6. Full breakfast was tolerable. 7. All of these above descriptions would have been kindly spoken of and addressed at the front desk when we checked out had the lady attendant bothered to even care about how our stay was. Furthermore, we will never stay at this establishment again. Even though the price was reasonable, we received nothing for standards of care or cleanliness.

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Glenpool, Oklahoma, and had a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a highlight—delicious and plentiful. The only downside was some traffic congestion due to construction on the main road, but it didn't detract much from the overall stay. Would recommend!

The website says extra beds and rollaway beds availability but its not. We were one of the only familys at the hotel it was empty but they kept saying no beds available. The male that works around the 5pm shift is horrible rude. Our cable went out in our room, no tv at all, and he kept telling me there was nothing he could do and hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting attitude and service. Theres sketchy people coming and going at all hoursof the day and night, noisy, rude , people. You cant even enjoy the pool with all those people hanging around. I could not be more disappointed in this hotel, and i certainly wont be using them again period. It seriously makes me question what Quality Inn is all about, because it certainly wasnt customer service, i am very disappointed.

Had a man peeping in window and unlocked our door with a key after 9 am in the morning while gettting dressed. This man belonged to housekeeping. Didn’t announce he was from housekeeping found out from front desk clerk. The front desk clerk said she was reporting him.
