The staff are really nice and accommodating . Especially Theresa . She’s sweet and anticipates our needs. The place has no amenities but you have access to Ahau which is the sister hotel . But I like the atmosphere here in Ganesh - the location is perfect, if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of typical resort this is a good place for you . The beach is nice and the only downside is it’s on the strip of clubs that can be loud at night but they stop playing at 1 am. Somehow all of us slept well despite of the loud noise of club music. Foods amazing in all restaurants.

Sandra customer service was awesome. Very attentive and went far beyond and helped us with our luggages. Information was on point. Explained us everything and suggestions were very helpful. Also used sister hotel amenities. Very helpful.

Nice property, rustic, green, clean. Good location. Sadly next door is a beach club which blast awful music all day and night. You can hear it loudly in the room until early hours and you cannot relax in the beach loungers without the insanely loud music disruption. Nice beach, nice area but the music was a downfall, we moved to a different area!

Lovely place to stay for a convenient quiet and affordable time in Tulum.. would have loved better amenities like a pool and restaurant on the property but there were lots of options walking distance both on and off the beach

The staff was super helpful with directions to restaurants and surrounding things, also very friendly! There’s also a security guard on duty so it was nice feeling safe the whole time. The location was perfect and had access to the beautiful tulum beach as well. 10/10 stay!

The property is quite small and charming.i did not expect much, however once i walked into the property I enjoyed the modern bohemian look mixed with tropical plants throughout the property and the beach access was the best part.

We had a great stay at Ganesh and the beach is beautiful. The staff is nice and helpful. Just know that there is a lot of noise all day around due to its location. Other than that, it is a great place to stay at and it is right in the middle of the nightlife of Tulum beach.

The hotel is clean, conditioner worked very well, very friendly and helpful staff. A lot of restaurants are around, there are music clubs close by cause the hotel is in the heart of Tulum beach but we didn’t really care the loud music. Gomart is close also. You can use swimming pool of Rosa negra hotel which is next door, also art park of ahau hotel is free for you.

This property is very safe and centrally located to all the best restaurants and night life. You have a beach that is literally right outside your door. If you don't mind not having room service and restaurants on premise than this is the right place for you. It's very bohemian and quite a little gem of a hotel right smack in the middle of everything you want and more. Sandra at the front desk is very helpful and had a lot of great recommendations. You also have VIP access to Rosa Negra Beach club which is right next door and Ahau restaurant and hotel that's right down the street( about a 4 minute walk). I highly recommend this hotel and we always look forward to our stay at Casa Ganesh

The property was personal and unique - focused around a natural environment. The great thing about this property is that it’s situated in the heart of Tulum. Everything is walking distance from this place. Also the property offers ocean access and bicycle rental if available. The best way to see to Tulum is on cycles. The rooms are spacious and the showers were amazing. Great customer service by the front desk staff. I plan to return to this property.

Chill spot

Loved the property for how small, relaxed, no-frills but nicely and more than adequately done, chill it was. Sandra (host/reception) and Fernando (with reservations) were very helpful! Yes, you get a little noise until like 1 AM, but it is not so bad that you can't sleep. It was almost a non-issue for us, also traveling with our pet dog.

Beautiful, clean small property right on the beach. Plenty of dining options within walking distance and a 24/7 gomart and pharmacy right across the street. Getting around and to tours is easy, the property manager is just a text away to help you set up transportation (or plenty of taxis up and down the street) and she’s there to give you tips/suggestions, and make things as easy for you as possible. A lot of people complain about noise from next door but it’s not bad at all, I stayed 4 days with my 8year old.
