Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Couldn’t find and host never responded
We had an incredibly poor experience, we booked the house the day before and it was confirmed via email (VRBO emails) however no specific check in instructions. We wandered Tulum in the pouring rain and couldn’t find the location. I had messaged the host 3x with no response. We gave up and scrambled for a hotel room.
