We wew right at the beach which was great. Dining options within walking distance was pricy. 300 pesos per person at least at any of the close restaurants. Also you couls talk down taxi driver to 20 dollars to get into town. Hit 2 blocks off main street for the best food. Taquiera Honorio

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Quiet. We had one of the most expensive rooms. It was worth paying the extra as the standard rooms were small. Mostly comfortable but the property in general needs renovation.

We were not planning spending the night in Tulum but we were having too much fun to return to our hotel in Cancun. This place turned out to be a great choice. Have to admit first impression was, what did i book? But although the rooms werent fancy or big, they are quaint with rustic touches, with a beatiful sitting area that was private. We were steps from a beautiful beach, and an open aired restaurant with beautiful views.
