"Location a little bit confusing, because the receptionist and the hotel are separated... It mostly apartment-style hotel... It's very clean and the facility is good... but without a heating system, it is little though during the winter."

"這次是我們的第二次入住。飯店整體環境其實是非常好，因為這次加大雙人床，進去房間有被驚艷到。不過因為第一次入住時，在check in的時候，員工跟我們確認只有兩個大人的早餐，小孩要再付費.不過我們在訂的當時就是訂兩個大人一個小孩的房間，而且是選有含早餐的，飯店的櫃檯人員跟我們確認的時候並不是非常的愉快，有鑒於第一次的經驗，這次我們在訂飯店的時候，有特別把包含的內容快拍下來.沒想到這是入住的時候，在Chalk in的時候，仍然又是一樣的問題再次發生。這次我就直接把儲存在手機上的內容給櫃檯人員看，櫃檯人員仍不是非常的友善，不過，他們說會再跟Hotels.com確認。到了隔天吃早餐的時候，刷房卡時又跟我說又是兩人的早餐，這就讓我非常的不開心了。因為已經在昨天已經確認過了，隔一天早上又發生這樣的事情，實在是感覺非常的差。希望在這一點方面可以再改善一下。畢竟除了這個插曲之外，這裡真的是非常推薦的飯店呀!"
