The beds and toilet were very uncomfortable, there were 2 dead roaches, and no hangers, shampoo, clock, pad, or pen.

The place had a broken window out front and at the office making my family think they were not safe outside . Then the room was absolutely filty, we couldn't get a single outlet to work so our phones stayed dead and when we asked for a late check out the staff was very rude and disrespectful saying be out or pay a late fee...
