"This property is so convenient to Caprock Canyon State Park. After a day of hiking, relaxing on the porch and the coziness of the cabin was very welcome. I would add that the cabin looks nice on the website but even better in person. We had a locked out emergency due to us and they were excellent in helping us. My wife commented almost immediately, why didnt we stay here longer? "

"This was a very unique place to stay, it was fun. The town is an old town with not much going on, but Childress is not far so we went there for a couple dinners. Communication with the owner was very good. We had a couple issues when we first arrived, the owner was very good with communication and offered a refund (for the particular issue, not a big deal in the scheme of things) which was the right thing to do. He was easy to talk to and work with. We left the place extremely clean and had fun...
