"This is not a hotel or motel. It is a floor with nice rooms. The only time we saw anyone behind the desk was when guests were expected. It was difficult to reach out to anyone. We were very frustrated. The rooms were kept clean. The area was great. It was right by the pier. We wouldn't stay there again. "

"Pros;stayed here for 4 days before the cruise. Location is amazing if you are cruising out of the port. The train station is nearby and we took it to visit Rome.
