Der Grill auf der Terrasse ist leider ein Zustand, den haben wir nicht benutzt. Für die Sauberkeit gibt's auch einen Stern abzug, hier hatten wir noch Haare und Flusen der Vormieter in den Schränken und Schubladen. Aber wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.... "

"Very well equipped house with all modern facilities and a fantastic location. Close to ferries from Denmark and yet in the middle of the most quite and beautiful nature. Lakes and mountain trails just outside the house. Got a very good, detailed and easy to understand written instruction/guide to the house in advance from the very helpfull and supportive owners."

"Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in der wunderschönen Natur Norwegen`s. Das Haus ist, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es bietet viel Platz, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und viele verschiedene Plätze im Aussenbereich zum Entspannen. Die Ruhe und das Meer haben wir sehr genossen. "A wonderfully positioned collection of rooms overlooking the sea. Rooms are a comfortable size with cold storage and simple cooking facilities. Nice shower and private sitting-out area. Restaurant limited but we had a specially booked group dinner and that demonstrated what the kitchen is capable of - thoughtful food, well-executed - really positive. All staff, without exception, very helpful and full of humour."

"Old, charming hotel in a lovely village that is so very much worth a visit. We loved our stay! All the staff were very welcoming and helpful, with special thanks to Fredrik for reaching out to us in advance with late arrival instructions, and for upgrading us to a room with a balcony to enjoy the sunny weather, and for helping us with parking instructions (which is very cheap street parking, very easily managed through EasyPark app). This is an old hotel that has been updated, so set your expectations accordingly. Rooms are very comfortable and clean with approp amenities, but it is the overall setting and charm of the old building and village that is the luxury of a stay here. Would strongly recommend choosing a room with balcony if available. "

"We loved this charming hotel in an even more charming town. The breakfast was great. There are lots of shops just outside the front door and the parking garage is literally next door. Don’t miss the chocolatier, Heimdal, just down the street. Highly recommend. "

"The photo on the ad on hotels.com does not represent the room. the photo was of a king size bed, but the actual room was a bunk-bed in a capsule. Needless to say i didnt read the ad well enough, but the misrepresenting photo made up for the confusion. Would not recommend to stay here in a capsule. "
