"We booked a one bedroom spa suite for a weekend. First room was perfectly laid out, clean etc but unfortunately our loo wasn’t working. We notified staff who sent a maintenance person and when it couldn’t be quickly fixed, moved us to another similar suite. Again clean, well maintained, spacious and comfortable. We had a lovely weekend exploring the area and Byron Bay, it was a joy to come back to a spa bath after a day of sightseeing, sun and sand. Dining options for vegans were limited but...

"We booked this property at the last minute, due to a canceled flight. The staff at reception was very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a suite, but did not get to enjoy all the facilities as we left at 6am. The room was clean, spacious and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay."

"What a fantastic find! Beautiful, quiet, relaxing, spacious, clean. Easy walk to wide-open and gorgeous beach. Nearby shops and restaurants were great. Staff were super friendly. An easy drive from Gold Coast airport, far enough away from the crowds of Gold Coast and more secluded than Byron Bay. Never mind, it was horrible. Dont go so that it stays an unspoiled secret."

"Beds and dishes were not adequately cleaned not sure if the sheets were actually cleaned before we rented our cabin. Some dishes were not clean. Stayed for 3 nights and only provided with 2 bin bags and 2 dishwashing tablets. No oven which I didn’t realise when booking. Apart from that it was a great weekend away "

"Nice tidy compact 1 bedroom studio. The sliding door was quite difficult to open/close but really that was the only issue with the unit. Had everything I needed (except designated parking for this unit), and the staff were super helpful & friendly both online, over the phone & in person."
