The Space

Mana Beach House in Kingscliff is an award-winning beachside escape, ranked in The Daily Telegraph's "Top 50 Homes of 2023." Relaxation is guaranteed in this spacious home with a heated pool, four oversized private bedrooms all with ensuites, and an entertainer's kitchen perfect for gourmet meals or a private chef.

Unwind by the double-sided fireplace, explore the coastline using the included cruiser bikes or play pool in the rumpus room. Outside, soak up the sun on a lounger, enjoy a drink at the alfresco bar, or catch waves with the surf and boogie boards provided.

For a workout, head to the fully equipped gym, then relax in the steam room. The fully stocked wine cellar offers a selection of premium wines and champagnes to elevate your stay.

Indoor Features:
Mana Beach House offers four spacious bedroom suites, each with cosy beds, premium linen, ensuite bathrooms, and entertainment systems including TV and SONOS sound.
The designer kitchen is a dream for entertainers, featuring high-end appliances, ideal for hosting or private chef experiences. Enjoy access to a premium wine cellar stocked with top wines and champagnes (available for purchase).
The rumpus room offers a pool table for fun, fireplace invites adults to relax and unwind with a board game or a book.

Outdoor Features:
Lounge by the 15-meter saltwater pool or soak up the sun on poolside loungers. The pool is heated during the cooler months. The alfresco bar and gourmet BBQ setup create the perfect spot for outdoor dining, complete with ice machine and an outdoor TV for entertainment. With bikes, surfboards, and beach gear at your disposal, every day is an adventure.

Bedding Configuration:
Master Bedroom: King four-poster bed with a double sofa bed, ensuite featuring a freestanding bath and double shower, walk-in wardrobe, and TV.
Bedroom 2: King bed with ensuite and TV.
Bedroom 3: King bed with a double sofa bed, sitting area, ensuite, and desk.
Bedroom 4: Two king beds, ensuite, desk, and TV.

Unique Extras:
Maintain your fitness routine in the fully equipped gym, then relax in the steam room to melt away stress. Daily housekeeping services are available for a fee and a fully stocked wine cellar add to your luxury experience.

Rates at Mana Beach House start for up to 6 guests, with additional fees for groups of up to 12. The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests in existing beds, and 2 additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa beds in the Master Bedroom and Bedroom 3. Applicable per person rates and extra linen charges apply. If your group exceeds 10 guests, please contact us to discuss prior to booking.

Guests have full access to the entire house including exclusive use of your own private gym, steam room, pool table in rumpus room and heated pool.

Events, Gatherings, Photo & Location Shoots:
We know Mana Beach House looks like the perfect setting for gatherings, but we kindly ask that no events or parties be hosted at our home. We love our peaceful beachside street, and out of respect for our wonderful neighbours, we ask you to maintain a quiet atmosphere.

For elopements, photoshoots, or location shoots, please contact us in advance. An additional fee of $1,500 + GST applies per day.

Security:
For your peace of mind, external security cameras monitor the driveway, front door, and back door areas. We also have a noise sensor in the outdoor area (which doesn’t record audio). Please rest assured, no cameras are placed in private areas.

Pets:
We welcome small, non-shedding dogs with prior approval. A pet fee applies upon acceptance.

Check-In/Out:
Check-in is at 2 pm NSW time, and check-out is at 10 am.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

Noise Restrictions:
To maintain the serenity of our residential area, we kindly ask guests to minimise outside noise between 10 pm and 8 am. Since sound around the pool travels, we request all outdoor music be brought indoors by 8 pm please.

Bikes:
Guests are welcome to use our cruiser bikes. There are 4 full-sized adult bikes and one children's mountain bike (suitable for ages 6-10). Helmets and bike locks are provided for your safety. Please note that use of the bikes is at your own risk.

We provide a high chair and some children’s books/ games. Additional baby essentials such as cots and prams can be arranged via our partner Hire Hood.

Cool Room:
The entertaining sized kitchen features a walk-in Cold Goods storage room.
In the interest of sustainability, we keep this switched off unless otherwise requested. If you would like the commercial sized cool room switched on for a special occasion or a longer stay, there will be an additional cost/day.
Alternatively, there is ample space in the two full size side by side fridge/ freezers in the main kitchen.

Important verification and damage protection information: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
