"Der erste Eindruck des Hauses war super. Nach genauerem hinsehen verging die gute Laune. Spülmaschine war noch voll. Gläser im Schrank kaputt. Coctailmaker klebrig. Pfanne total zerkratzt und Flusen, Krümel etc. auf dem Fußboden. Das versprochene Starterset mit Putzlappen, Geschirrtuch ,Spüli und Tab fehlte auch. Spinnweben im Holzgebälk unter der Decke. Nadem wir dann zur Rezeption gingen um Abhilfe zu schaffen, bekamen wir Gläser, Pfanne etc. gebracht und konnten ein Starterset sofort...

"Wow and wow and again wow!! The best hotel I have ever been to. We were with our 2 children and everyone had a great time. A hotel that is simply a paradise for children. We will definitely go back there again! Delicious food especially in the morning and evening, kind and excellent service, a great indoor pool, a playground for all ages, there is always something to do and many attractions near the hotel or within a short drive. The Comodo Bad Gastein, a Member of Design Hotels

"Such and amazing hotel with outstanding design and service! The restaurant is great with very good breakfast as well as dinner options. The room was perfect, the bed was very comfortable and we had great nights of sleep. The only thing to comment on are the doors in the hallways as they close loudly and we could hear it in the room especially in the mornings. "
