Located in the heart of the North Shore of beautiful Lake Superior, (1.3 miles north of Betty's Pies) this property has the perfect location. This one level property features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, as well as 2 full bathrooms . Kitchen features gas stove top, double ovens, dishwasher and large refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your kitchen needs so you can cook gourmet meals for your group. A gas grill on the deck makes it easy to grill all of your favorite foods. Enjoy a meal or cup of coffee on the deck and watch the boats go by. Also very close to Gooseberry Falls and Split Rock Lighthouse! Should you need anything during your stay Two Harbors is just a quick car ride away and has everything you could need.
Please be aware there is a fee of of $25 per night for pets .

Fabulous view!
Family of 4 stayed 3 nights for mini North Shore vacation. The house was great, clean and spacious. The deck and gazebo offer excellent view of the lake, we used them for relaxing mid-day breaks from activities. Highly recommend staying at Blue Stone Bluff!!!

Exceeded expectations!
We had an amazing stay in the main house! The view is incredible and there is a great deck and patio to enjoy it. All of the little touches in the house such as books, games, dishes, and a few cooking essentials made our stay feel like a home away from home. Thank you! Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous getaway
This property is absolutely gorgeous. The entire house is updated with top of the line product (Subzero refrigerator), granite and even a bidet. Joe and Theresa were very quick with responses to questions. The view is pretty darn sweet as well. We have stayed in over a dozen different places on the north shore and this is by far the best one. Will definitely be coming back.

The house was comfy, and had everything we needed. The view of the lake is beautiful. The check in and check out process was smooth. The location is perfect for exploring the North Shore area. I would definitely recommend this house!

Long Anniversary Weekend
OH THAT VIEW!! The house is located conveniently between two harbors and Silver Creek. It was clean, and everything you could need is provided. There’s a nice grocery right in two harbors. Just North on 61 is a fabulous restaurant named Rustic Inn, I highly recommend! Betty’s Pies is just South for a quick breakfast/lunch as well. Overall, great stay!

Relaxing weekend
My wife and I both very much enjoyed our stay! We were a day late due to our daughter being sick, but the host couple was very understanding. Luckily we didn't need to cancel and were still able to enjoy a day and half. We both found it to be incredibly peaceful and relaxing! The view was beyond gorgeous and we will definitely be back. Great view, very clean, close to everything
My family and I loved our stay at your place. The view was amazing and we especially enjoyed the sunrises. We took advantage of having a bonfire as well. The road noise was not bad. The place was extremely clean, cleaner than most places that don't allow pets. Thank you for a great stay!

Sadly we had friends that had to skip this trip when we had a covid positive the day before our booking so we couldn't cancel but the days we had were all rain; fireplace was dripping water, and we couldn't keep a fire going without causing smoke in the house despite flue wide open. Bummed at bad circumstances : (

Relaxing stay!
My husband, mother-in-law & I (and 2 cats!) really enjoyed our stay at Blue Stone Bluff. The view was wonderful, the beds were comfortable, the layout worked well for our small group. The owners were very responsive to questions/small issues. We were lucky to see the Northern Lights right from the property on our last night. We are already considering booking a future stay!

Fantastic Base for North Shore Explorations
Blue Stone Bluff was a perfect location for a long weekend with our young family. While we spent most of our stay exploring the North Shore, the amenities at our home base were plentiful and the view was spectacular. We particularly appreciated the large closet in the master bedroom which served as a perfect room for our infant, but the entire house was appointed far beyond your typical homeshare (even though we spent most of our time on the balcony). Stay here - you won't be disappointed.

What a view!

Wonderful getaway
We picked this property because of the amazing views and it didn’t disappoint!!! It was nice to have a ranch since our elderly dog came with. She loved sitting out on the deck in her dog bed sunning herself. The house was very clean and relaxing. We didn’t need to contact the owners because everything was already communicated. First time to the area and would highly recommend this property!!!

Wonderful Intro to Lake Superior
We stayed at Blue Stone Bluff for our 1st trip to the North Shore. The house was wonderful! The master bedroom has a HUGE closet and jacuzzi tub. I loved having plenty of space to unpack. The 2nd bedroom is small with little storage, but it worked just fine for us. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils, and many kitchen staples such as cooking spray, salt/pepper/ coffee, other spices, etc. We often found flies and fruit flies in the kitchen. I understand bugs are common in the North Shore and this really didn't bother us, but I can see some people being upset about the bugs. We were diligent about keeping the doors or screens closed and keeping all food sealed. We also would have liked to have air conditioning in this house. I'm sure that's not a common feature in northern MN and I knew it was not available. The windows don't circulate well and all the doors/windows are easily accessed from the ground floor. We're from a big city and don't feel safe leaving doors/windows open at night or while we're gone. There were 2 fans provided that helped, but the house was warmer than I'd prefer. I'm used to A/C, so this may be no problem for others. There is a good size piece of yard for a dog. I couldn't see that in the pics, so I was pleasantly surprised. There is also a lovely fire pit area. Parking was easy. Overall we were very happy with this house and would highly recommend it for the layout, views, and cleanliness.

Property is exactly as advertised and quite nice. Right on the water and beautifully landscaped. We usually stay closer to Lutsen but this gave us a chance to explore new areas. Close to Betty Pie…:). Only down side is close to highway and so some road noise. I would stay there again!!

My husband and I stayed with another couple. Beautiful, well stocked and great location. Easy to head down to Duluth or up to Grand Marias. When they say it's all about the view, they aren't lying. The balcony over looks Lake Superior providing beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We highly recommemd it whether you are looking to take in all the area has to offer or just want to chill.

Even Better in Person
We rented this house for the good kitchen and view to come back to after long days of hiking. What we didn't expect was that we'd love the house so much we'd sacrifice some hikes to spend more time there! We had leisurely breakfasts on the huge deck, watching the local bald eagle try to catch his in the lake right in front of us. We spent evenings sitting around the firepit, listening to the loon calls as the sun went down. Inside, the open common space was perfect for keeping the conversation going, whether doing the cooking or watching the chef. There are plenty of books, games, throw pillows and blankets -- and plenty of space, even if all you want is to stare out the window at that incredible lake view. The photos in the listing are all accurate. The kitchen really is as nice as it looks, well-equipped with rarer things in a rental property like a large set of knives, serving dishes, and a tea kettle. What you don't see in the primary bedroom photo is that it also includes bedside tables, a large dresser, and a giant walk-in closet. The second bedroom is just like its photo, and both bathrooms were quite nice with plenty of towels, a hairdryer, etc. We are back home now and already missing Blue Stone Bluff! We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
