"This apartment is in a working class neighborhood in Fairbanks with very friendly neighbors. Everything is a short drive away. Nice amenities. The owner is easy to communicate with and takes care of issues immediately. Our unit was in the basement level. However, there are other units to choose from if you don't want to be at this level."

"This property is half way between Fairbanks and North Pole. It is quiet and easy to get in and out of. It took us about 15 minutes to get to the shopping area in Fairbanks, but we were out and about every day anyway. We felt like this was a nice property for us. There were a few things we would have liked that were missing in the kitchen and the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, but we were very comfortable there."

"When we booked this there were no pictures of the outside because it is pretty awful. It is definitely intentional. We weren't impressed when we pulled up. After going inside we discovered that it is a duplex. Not just one property to ourselves. It overwhelmingly it stank of stale cigarettes. It was as gross on the inside as it was on the outside. We put in our code and enter to find that there was a half-naked man smoking a cigarette in the living room. So that was great! We immediately left...

"This is the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed at. This felt more like we were guests at someone’s home than renting a property.
